Nemind analyzes Bitrix24 data, evaluates the achievements and problems of working with each client and writes the result to the custom fields of the deal. The average rating of the deals of each manager is his personal rating, which allows “collecting” multiple kpi into one point score.
Forecast of the probability and value of each customer. First, we analyze the database, study which parameters most affect this assessment, and create a robot that periodically updates data on the probability and value of customers in Bitrix24.

Use a quick selection of periods: month (year) to the same days of the previous one, enter any dates manually. The tables will highlight the change values with green and red arrows, and the charts will show comparison bars for each segment, or a plot of overlapping two periods. For the latter, we recommend the analysis “28 days to the previous” to overlap the same days of the week on top of each other.
Plans can be set in the program or taken from an Excel file. Enter ratios: for the company as a whole, for each manager, department, source or other parameter. Visualization of actual achievements and percentage of the plan, including the progress of the monthly plan until the end of the month, taking into account working days.
